Where does this store ship from?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Nerdboy Wear believes that you should not have to wait long for your products to arrive. We ship all domestic orders within 24-48 business hours (Monday - Friday)  of purchase. The normal shipping range is between 2-7 days.
 
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!!! We ship worldwide!

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days past the date of delivery of your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us with a reason and explanation of your return or exchange. Your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. 
If the tags are removed, you will not be eligible for a return.

All clearance items are non-returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition (must include tags), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned to us more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are not satisfied with your item, we will be glad to exchange the item for you (within the 14 day return policy). You will be able to exchange the item for another size, or another product of equal or lesser value. Please contact us via email at nerdboywear@gmail.com. We will email you and let you know if the exchange has been approved and the date that we must receive the item. Once we have approved your exchange, send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

The shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, it will be for the cost item(s) purchased only. The initial shipping fee will not be refunded along with the cost of the item. (Example... Customer paid a total of 20.90 for the cost of the shirt 16.95 + 3.95 initial shipping fee. Your refund will be in the amount of 16.95 for the shirt. The 3.95 shipping cost will not be included with your refund.) 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please return your item using a certified system with a tracking number.
